Voter Registration

Volunteers staffing the BRW table

Reasons to volunteer to do Voter Registration:

  • Our country needs all of its Republicans to be registered to get those conservative voices elected.
  • We promote the Republican party when we staff a table because of our visual presence and by asking “Would you like to register to vote?” Perhaps we may offer the brochure: “Is There a Difference?”
  • We promote our club because of our tablecloth, sign, showing our BRW News and sometimes our new “Prospective Member Brochure”.
  • And for each valid Republican registration our club receives bounty $money$.

Voter Registration Team

Be part of those determined to get those Republicans registered. A team spirit is being utilized to input ideas, staff a table at the new Safeway’s in San Ramon and at family oriented community events, making phone calls to schedule volunteers, and tracking the bounty money. Find out how to become enabled to this call of patriotic privilege by contacting the Voter Registration Chair, Shirley Meloy.

IRO’s

Impromptu Registration Opportunities are the most fun way to get friends who have recently moved or those that see your clipboard sign at a community event get registered. Three steps to be prepared for an IRO are:

  1. Get a few Voter Registration forms from a library, firehouse, post office or
    from me
  2. Download and read the Guidelines.
  3. Download the “REGISTER TO VOTE HERE” sign for the back of your clipboard  with forms attached, then carry it so event goers after seeing it ask to register.
